Nightlife in Palm Springs
The
Beer Hunter
www.thebeerhunter.com
You will find local sports fans at The
Beer Hunter, in both La Quinta and Cathedral City. Obviously, they
serve beer, but they also serve very good lunches and dinners, and
they easily could be placed in casual dining or the lunch category.
We like the cobb salad, tuna melt, ribs, and the fish tacos...though
not all at once, of course.. Plenty of large screen TV's to watch
any game. Truly a local favorite.
The
River at Rancho Mirage
www.theriveratranchomirage.com
The RIver at Rancho Mirage is relatively
new, though has quickly become a hot nightlife spot. You can eat,
go to a bar, have coffee, read a book at Borders, or listen to music
and more. Definitely, an interesting place with lots to do.
Costas
at the Desert Marriott
www.desertspringsresort.com
When the sun goes down, the heat turns
up on this desert legendary nightclub. You can mingle near the bar
or hit the large dance floor. They have live entertainment every
Friday and Saturday night. The lobby at the Desert Marriott is as
fun as Costas for many. Boats enter from outside to take people
to their rooms, people walking through to Costas, beautiful piano
music is played, and you might just have a celebrity sighting, like
we did - actor George Hamilton.
